Lisa Foster presented “Crack the Code of Teamwork: A Tour Through the Enneagram” to my Salesforce team, and it was virtual edutainment at its best. Although we encountered tech difficulties at first, Lisa rolled with it – and then surprised us with customized, pre-recorded short videos of the 9 Enneagram types as they shared their work-from -quarantine experience. Using accents, costumes, and locations around the house she brought each type’s unique perspective to life – and shared what each need to feel supported by the team. After each video we explored how to communicate and collaborate with each type. It was funny, poignant, and enlightening, and the chat channel lit up: “OMG this is so funny,” “HAHA this is amazing,” “Great tool! Definitely will revisit on a regular basis”. We walked away with insights and concrete tools to apply right away. I highly recommend Lisa – whether live or virtual!
